Can I order flowers for same-day delivery?


Yes, we are happy to take your last minute orders and guarantee same day delivery. Additionally, there is no extra charges for same day standard time delivery


How can I change the delivery address?


You can modify your order details if your order is not started to prepare. If your order status is being prepared, this means that one of our florists has already started work on it, so we cannot make any change.
If you are still in time to modify it, please communicate your new delivery address to us on Whatsapp.


How can I trust the quality of cake delivered by Turkey Flowers?

Does Turkey Flowers provides midnight delivery as well?


Unfortunately, we cannot offer midnight delivery option for now.


How do I cancel my order?


If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please call us a at +90-0850 222 80 00 ( 09:00 AM - 20: 00 PM, Monday-Sunday ) or send us message on Whatsapp.
Note: Order modification/cancellation in a domestic order, please give at least 24 hours notice before the requested delivery date.


What are your shipping & handling charges?


There are no shipping charges for standard delivery and all couriers delivered made within Turkey. However, some orders can be charged due to long distance.


How can I request an invoice?


We send invoice via email to our customers immediately after delivery. Our system generates invoce for each order automatically. Please make sure that you entered correct your tax details when you are ordering online.
Note: If you encounter a problem receiving electronic invoce please do not hesitate to contact with us.


Can I send my order anonymously?


If you desire to send flowers or gifts anonymously, simply leave the message blank when prompted and let them know it's from a secret admirer. If the message card does not include your name, the recipient would have no way to know who sent the gift.

You can track your order for the latest information on delivery. You will see a 'Track Order' option on the top right corner of the main page. Please enter your order number & email click on 'Check It' to see the current status of your order.
